Pensacola is the Oldest Settlement in the United States of America (eclipsing St. Augustine with the current information). A nice medium sized city that carries the "Southern Tradition" of hospitality and a smile. Pensacola is about 100 Miles from Panama City Florida, 240 Miles from Tallassee our Capital, and a block or less from the Warm Salt water of Pensacola Bay. 

Down Town Pensacola has many more private residences than Condos, Townhouses, or Villas. It is a Historic Southern United States Town and we have quite a few wonderful older homes that have been reconstructed and are quite beautiful. The downtown area is very "walkable" with a self guided tour available. We are always working to improve our city and it seems to become better and better with every passing year. The waterfront area has become greatly improved with the development of the Palafox Marina complex and shops. A wonderful place just to sit and look at the Yachts, big and small.
