There are many Condos, townhouses, and single family residences in the area. I concentrate generally close to the waterfront, canal front, riverfront, water view, and
Intercostals water-way area but do go a field a little into the country especially for larger properties . Of all the property available, single family residences are the most common.
This is a wonderful area that has many recreational opportunities for your family. Water related recreation is not the only interests the people of North West Florida and S.E. Baldwin Co Alabama have. Because of the Warm Temperate/Cool Semi-Tropical environment, we have a vary varied environment. We do have a change of season but not the violent temperature changes that occur in the North or N.E. United States. This allows us to be outside quite a bit contrasted to the Northern areas of the United States. Just taking a walk around the neighborhood is good exercise and a lot of enjoyment to many of us. Hunters can find that their sport can be pursued here with less restrictions than you may find in the North. Boating is Superb.
